Secure your slot and preferred set directly online.
Prepare
You'll receive my free preparation guide so you can get ready calmly at home.
Shoot
Arrive on time at the studio and get ready for the photo session. You can freshen up quickly beforehand, and then we're ready to start:
20 minutes on-site at Studio 95.
Receive your photos
Your selection gallery goes online within 1 week at the latest,
you make your selection within another week,
and download your photos right away.
By the way: you can easily order prints and wall art of your favorite photos afterwards.

What should we wear?
You'll receive my free preparation guide after booking, giving you plenty of time to go through your wardrobe or treat yourself to something new.
Can we book both sets in one session?
You choose one set as the main focus. If your child is still up for it afterward and there's enough time, we'll also shoot in the 2nd set. It's not a must — just a nice option.
Can we order prints or wall art?
Of course! After selecting your photos, you can easily order your favorites as prints, mini albums, or wall art directly in the gallery.
How long until we get our photos?
Your online gallery goes live 1 week after the shoot. You then have 1 week to select and download your photos.
What sets are available?
It's a bright, friendly set with a white school desk, chair, and lots of colorful back-to-school decor. This set is perfect for first-graders.
The second set is a simple white background, where you can choose from various seating props as decor. This set is great for cool portraits, older students, and sibling or parent photos.
Can siblings or parents join the photo too?
Yes, only in Set 2 and for an extra €50, including 2 additional edited photos. Please mention this when booking.
When should we arrive?
Since appointments are scheduled close together, it's important that you arrive on time for your session at my daylight studio.
Please don't arrive too early (max. 10 minutes before your appointment), as the session before yours is likely still running.
Is there parking or public transport nearby?
There's plenty of free parking in front of and across from the studio.
You can also easily reach Troisvierges by train from the south. It's a 5-minute walk from the station to the studio.

Everything important about your booking
Commitment
Your booked appointment becomes binding once the booking is submitted and the base price is paid.
Punctuality
The client aims to arrive at the studio 10 minutes before the booked appointment, or at the latest by the appointment time. If this isn't possible, they will inform the photographer as soon as possible. If the start of the shoot is delayed by more than 15 minutes, it is at the photographer's discretion whether the shoot will take place.
Rescheduling / Illness / Cancellation
Rescheduling is not possible. If the photographer cancels, the client will be refunded the paid base price. In case of illness, the client must inform the photographer immediately. Since a replacement date is not possible, the client will receive a voucher for the amount already paid, which can be used within 12 months for a regular photo shoot. The regular photo shoot price list will then apply.
No-show
If the client fails to show up for the scheduled photo appointment without notice, the paid base price will not be refunded and will serve as a cancellation fee.
Price
The base price of the shoot is paid directly when booking your appointment. If payment isn't received within 2 days, the slot will be released to other clients. Beyond the base price, additional photos or packages can optionally be purchased through the online gallery.
Online gallery
After the photo shoot, the client receives access via email to the password-protected online gallery for ordering photos. This online gallery is active for 7 days and then deactivates automatically. Reactivation is arranged with the client and is free of charge once. From the second reactivation onward (without a prior photo order), a flat fee of €25 applies per reactivation, payable before access is granted.
Photo ordering & delivery
Image orders are placed via the online gallery or by email, but must always be in writing. Ordered files are only handed over to the client after full payment. Files are delivered as downloads; products are shipped by post.
Recordings
Any photo, video, or audio recording with your own cameras/phones or other devices is not permitted during the shoot.
Usage Rights / Copyright
All delivered photos are created by Klaudia Holper Photography and may not be altered in any way (this also applies to "filters" in apps and social media)! The usage rights granted to the client are limited to printing the photos in any form and quantity for private purposes only. Online use of the photos is permitted for private purposes only. Klaudia Holper Photography is and remains the copyright holder of all delivered photographs. The photographer must be credited by name whenever the photos are published.
Vouchers
Vouchers cannot be redeemed for this mini-session promotion.
